Our refund and returns policy
Once your order has been placed and payment has been made we cannot accept any cancellation of the order or offer any refund except in the case where the item is damaged when received by you.
Original works of art- If an original work is damaged when received by you, it will not be possible to replace it as all originals are one off pieces. We can offer you an alternative piece or a refund. You will need to contact us by email so we can discuss this and send us a photograph of the damaged item.
Prints- if a print is damaged when received, we can offer you a replacement item if available or a refund if it is not. You will need to contact us by email so we can discuss this and send us a photograph of the damaged item.
