Description

There is a Shirley Hughes poem in a book of verse for children which says something like: Down here in the green there are: Seeds, Pods and tiny little flowers. I think of this line often and about being small in a secret world of grass and stems and cow parsley flowers as big as parasols. This is how painting this makes me feel.
